Don't you have the wind sensor auto retract, Don?

Did a light test. Just 2, the others will be here next week ? At this point I will use 3 on the box and maybe one on the sleeper ?

Awning in and out and with amber filters. Didn't have the dimmer installed for the test.

You are right.... A dimmer would be a good thing to have on them!

I do - but its the early generation crap - it rolls up in the weakest of breezes, so we don't use it.

if were away from the coach i pull it in (not completely usually) but we'll roll it up all but the last 1 foot or less (for the lights).

What kinda lights did you use ?

Why not a strip of dim-able LED's ? They'd provide more complete coverage.

Color SELECTABLE / Changeable 16.5 foot strip with remote, dimmer w/ AC power supple (if you don't want to run them on on 12vdc) was 25 bucks at Amazon.

were told RED & Blue don't attract bugs (but after this months record rains I'm sure the mosquitos will find us) !

we have a track-vision dome on the roof - but we've NEVER used it, we're not DISH or DTV subscribers & I'm not gonna sign up for it, just for the coach, we find that 90% of the time OTA (over the air) HD TV is plenty for us.

when we go camping we don't usually watch too much TV - local news in the evening or the occasional sports - our oldest went to Virginia Tech & this particular trip VT was playing football & we were able to watch it.

my point....we use the TV...but its an OLD TUBE and so its got some limitations - a few weeks ago we were track side at Circuit of the Americas - we got upgraded to PREMIUM RV (power, water & cctv feed)....the outside tube wouldnt get the track feed - so that POS is about to be tossed to the trash & we'll install a flat screen (like I've been talk about doing for 2 yrs).

BTW you don't have to go w/ a COLOR (changeable / selectable) LED - you can go WHITE only....but you only save about 5 bucks if that.

I figured why bother - the color produces less glare & the color changeable has the option / selection for White & WARM white...for 5 bucks it seemed worth it just to have the choice / option.

Is that first one a drain for a sink? The only thing I would have done different was use a longer radius elbow. Looking good to me though!

No glue and yes will use a long when I get the cabinet built. Not sure about the run yet ? Put a clamp at the floor to hold things up untill I get it clamped. So many things to do ! LOL
