Saw it for sale, was thinking in terms if purchased, one might have a HDT with which to haul a fiver and maybe pickup a buck once in awhile with the trailer. Another completely off the wall thought is, could you haul your fiver around on the trailer if neccessary? Or do you figure the height would make it infeasible?

Depends entirely on the overall height of the fiver. Some are higher than others.
This truck already has a bid for $16,500 or so and didn't get it. This is not a "real" Volvo. The cab is of White/GM origin, and is what Volvo got stuck with until they came out with the much-improved VN series in '98. Really NOT that great a truck, you can get something 5 or 6 years old for $20,000 fairly easily, including a "real" Volvo, which is a waaay better truck. Don't get something you'll be sorry about later.
