I know this is an old post but I am in process of getting this done here in Indiana. I followed Stan's guide. I had the forms all filled out by LEO and now the BMV is put my file on hold for review by downtown office because the MSRP of the vehicle was showing as ~$140k for a 2019 Mack Anthem but the purchase price was $44k. The branch manager at this point had all the title paperwork done and signed off on with me. So when the branch manager called downtown they started to walk back on the title paperwork even with pictures and paperwork filled out.
Anyone else have anything similar here in Indiana or did you get it done? I'm nervous they will decline it want someothing else. The sleeper area checked all the boxes but the toilet and sink under the federal definition of the motor home. The branch manager was really confused and agreed with me that they are going against the word of an Indiana police officer signed state document which is crazy.
