Eventually I want to cut the entire back wall out of the truck sleeper but I am not ready to put the motorized upper bunk in yet so I needed to keep the flip down one for a little longer. With that said I cut a large enough hole to go back and forth between the sleeper and the camper. I plan to remove the lower platform as well. I didn't want to buy the accordion boot twice as that stuff silly expensive for what it is so I made my own out of the leftover rubber roof material I had. I folded the rubber up so it was three layers thick and screwed it to both outer walls with a piece of one by cover it. Will work for this season and didn't cost anything
