Hi this is my first post . I have an 18 wheeler tractor trailer in N.H .
Does anybody know in which state I can re title the tractor and trailer as a recreational vehicle non apportioned or motorhome without it having to be inspected as the truck is in New Hampshire ???
Please help . I did read an earlier post that kansas was a possibility.
