Macks
The older Macks had a tiny cab and the turning radius of a runner sled. Rode rough but were tough as nails. I had several and they made wonderful dump trucks. Did I mention the cabs are tiny? The downfall to a Mack is you are kinda stuck to finding a Mack dealer to get parts. The newer CH and CL have better sized cabs and better turning. I can't speak to how the later Mack motors have come thru the epa regs, but don't think any of the manufacturers have superior motors after 2007. AS far as a motor choice I think they are all good. I prefer Detroit since I bought a new KW in 1992 and still have that truck and have very little trouble with it. And the Detroit powered trucks might be less expensive than Cat or Cummins.
