If i remember correctly LondonAir (owned by Newmar) made motorhomes, don't think they made any trailers. I would guess that someone cut the front end off the coach and set it on top of the tractor frame. you can see where the original wheel well of the coach was filled in, and the original "basement" storage just above where the new skirting was installed.

quite possible that coach had a damaged front end and was picked up a salvage to be installed on the tractor.

biggest issue is standard rv's are not made to withstand being on a truck frame.
