I've never heard of anybody with a bolt on setup like that. I'd bet the closest you could come to that would be something from Hawk Engineering Inc rv/truck conversions . They seem to be one of the most "we'll build it how you want it" type of companies I've seen. Now, are you sure you can't find the truck you're looking for ready to go on Race, performance & street cars, engines, engine parts, trailers for sale or something like that? Because if you can find something used you're sure going to be ahead $$'s wise I think than putting it together yourself.
