Wahoo! We are in the home stretch of this conversion. It has been six long months since I first purchased the truck, refurbish the cab interior, took it to Indiana to have the sleeper removed, repainted the cab, stretch the chassis, add levelers, and finally add the motorhome section. This has been the worst and best project I have been involved in. The worst because I have been without a motorhome for the past six months and it has been very hard not have been camping in all that time. Once you get going with a hobby like this it is very hard to delete it from your life cold turkey. The best has been the fact that I have the Ultimate RV, I look forward to putting this baby through its paces.
The exterior storage doors where just put on (still have the plastic on them) they integrate so well.
Just a few doors remain to be installed in the kitchen.
I just love everything about this motorhome, very me!
