I had this unit converted from a tandem axle unit to the single rear axle configuration. The rear air bags are rated for 19,000 pounds as is the rear axle. The air bags automatically adjust to the amount of weight sitting on the hitch. The chrome quarter fenders and the aluminum wheels showing on the rear axle are new.
