Description: This is a 28' motorhome which is on a Mack Vision chassis. Show Hauler uses solid oak cabinetry which is hand crafted by a local Amish company. When you enter the coach you get just a solid feeling.

Volvo 32' motorcoach in finishing shop

Description: This 32' twin screw Volvo has made it's way to the interior finishing shop. It had all solid cherry cabinetry & wood work, which was a little dark for me, but still looked awesome.

Rough Interior & Finish Interior buildings

Description: After trucks leave the framing & skinning shop they are moved to rough interior shop where every inch of the conversion is insulated. They then add 3/4" plywood to the floor & 1/2" plywood to all the interior walls & roof. Wiring and all the interior walls are added as well. Real studs are used on those interior walls not flimsey 1x2's like most rv manufacturers use. (That is my truck to the right)

Framing Shop

Description: Tons of metal! Literally. Floor and bin framing is in 2" x 3" tubular steel. The wall and roof are 1" x 3" tubular steel and 16" on center where possible. The red tape on the frame is the bonding tape by 3M used to secure the panels to the tubular steel. No rivets are required giving a smooth side and once those panels go on they aren't coming off.
